My right hip had been hurting since I was rear ended while at stop light. He was going 45-50mph. I had Arteris prior but no pain. I. Also had whip lash . 4 yeas ago had chervil neck fusion. The other body part is my right roter cup or shoulder. The hip is like a very dull tooth pain. They want to do a full hip replacement. I am 59 in good health but I am starting to get out of shape. I am 5″5 170lbs way to heavy. Like to try to get my hip better with excersise. Maybe ride bike, water, or stretching
