Three reasons I love walking on rocks…
It makes you mindful of movement. You can’t walk fast and horribly wrong. You pay attention to movement and that is one of the key factors in changing movement. Rock walking is self limiting, which means you can’t do it for long periods of time.
It ignites your foot intrinsic muscles. The deep foot muscles are a neural firecracker to your nervous system. Show your brain some love by walking on rocks. Your energy will be through the roof.
It connects your foot to your ass. Your butt and foot need to love each other in the movement game. They feed off of each other for proprioceptive input. Want a better butt and back? Walk on rocks.
