In this episode, we chat with Justin Janoska MS. He is the founder of The Autoimmune Revolution – an emerging company that guides women in their healing journey to reverse their autoimmune disease and reproductive disorder naturally.
After fixing his mother’s Hashimoto’s, he made it his mission to help other women with autoimmune disease who need to hear the truth about what is possible. He has the greatest amount of experience with Hashimoto’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ulcerative Colitis, PCOS, Infertility, Endometriosis, and eating disorders.
Justin holds a Master’s in Human Nutrition from The University of Bridgeport and did post-graduate studies in mind-body medicine. Naturally, he continues to advocate for women who struggle with emotional blocks, early adult and childhood trauma – a surprising component of his clients’ history.
Through his work with clients, he helps them acquire a deeper understanding of how they got here, supports them to be with their pain, and embrace their truth.
Justin is deeply committed and, on a mission, to help revolutionize how we address and heal women who are struggling with autoimmunity, reproductive disorders, eating disorders and trauma.
His new book “The Flexible Dieting Disaster” highlights his experience with clients who have struggled with eating disorders and disordered eating, and shares actionable tools to help cultivate self-healing.
As an artist since childhood, he spends most of his time playing guitar and writing music when he is not changing lives!
